Stamp Mats
Manufactured from the highest quality materials with crisp precise detail, carefully crafted to fit tight and square. Included in the large inventory of mats we carry for sale and rental are; texture skins, border, circle patterns, and low profile mats for stamped overlayments. In addition, we offer the choice of custom mats, available by special order, including those that recreate any specific corporate logo, pattern, or shape. Coloured Hardeners
Engineered for ease of application, and to provide a non-fading colour that is attractive, and at the same time, abrasion and impact resistant.
Release Agent
High quality powdered release agent, stocked in many different colours. These provide a waterproof barrier that reduces concrete build-up on texture mats, while providing an antique finish for coloured concrete.
Liquid Release
Used primarily for interior work, where the dust from powdered release is objectionable. These also inhibit concrete build-up on texture mats, and may be tinted with a powdered release agent to create colour highlights.
Sealers and Curing Compounds
We carry a large variety of sealers and curing agents for industrial or decorative applications. These include clear and coloured, high and low gloss acrylics, and allow the user to select different gloss characteristics. They are available in both solvent and water base formulations.
For surfaces that require special high performance characteristics, we offer epoxies, urethanes, and liquid hardeners. These products provide properties such as such as chemical resistance, light reflectivity, colour, and can be selected to accommodate high traffic areas. Their use ranges from industry - for example, Pulp and Paper who frequently require acid resistance - to the specifications essential when building attractive and stain resistant concrete counter tops.
Stamped Overlay's and Microtopping Mixes
Stamped concrete overlays are generally installed at a minimum of 1/4 inch thick, and usually 3/8 or 1/2. Microtoppings are applied at 1/16 of an inch, and cannot be stamped. Either of these can be applied overtop of existing concrete, in order to beautify or repair the surface. They are available in grey, white, or may be integrally coloured or acid stained. Between these two different decorative and repair materials, they provide endless choices for selecting colour, texture or pattern, especially when the right sealer has been chosen.
Tools for the Concrete Finishing Trade
In addition to stamp and thin skin texture mats, we carry a wide variety of tools and accessories for all concrete finishing applications. These include a huge selection of hand trowels, floats, groovers, textured roller and joint tools, rakes, sprayers, concrete wheelbarrows, along with concrete power tools, including power trowels, screeds, and diamond cutting and grinding tools and blades.
Concrete Countertops
Our products are commonly used to manufacture concrete counter tops, and include; prebagged mixes, integral color, water reducers, acid stain, diamond pads for polishing, and sealers.
